1 cup gram flour (besan)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric and red chili powder
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped green chili
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix gram flour, buttermilk, ginger-garlic paste, and all the spices.
Add finely chopped onion and green chili.
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
